The hotel will host a line up of bands and musicians on Sunday, with all proceeds from the cost of entry going to support the appeal.
Ms Thomson suffered serious spinal injuries when a tree fell in Rosalind Park on December 30, last year.
Her daughter, four-year-old Patiya May, died.
Publican Mark Elliott, who lost his son Nathan, 25, to an epileptic fit two years ago, said he was only too happy to help.
"I lost a child a couple of years ago and something like what happened (in Rosalind Park) really hits home," he said.
"I know what they are up against with fundraising and how much money is needed to cover the medical costs involved.
"I know it was hard for me and (I) wanted to make life easier for (Kristy and her family)."
Mr Elliott said 11 bands would perform on the stage inside the hotel, while another six artists and duos will perform in the hotel's beer garden.
The inside line-up will see Steve Saxton and Jack Kennedy at 11am, followed by Whiskey, Mannik, Salvadore, The Alisons, Made in China, Low Point, The Black Aces, The John Grossman Project, Stevenson’s Rocket, and Ruff n’ Ready.
The beer garden will feature El Montez, Hayley and Chelsea, Band of Cloud Duo, Natalie and Sparrow, Bill Barber and Albert 'Skipper' and Steve Saxton.
Mr Elliott said he was hoping to get as many people as possible to the hotel on the weekend.
Entry is $10 adults, gold-coin for under-18s.
Food is available all day and is a gold coin donation.
Music kicks off at 11am.
Meanwhile, Grill'd Bendigo will donate all proceeds made from sales on Saturday to the Kristy Thomson Appeal.
Franchisee Richard Nash encouraged all residents to buy an item from the shop to support the local cause.
Grill'd is open on February 1 from 11am to 10pm.
The restaurant is located at 88 Pall Mall, Bendigo.
The Allies Hotel will host a bike ride on February 16, with proceeds from the event going to the appeal.
