Anstee won the night's feature event ahead of Daine Stephenson, Jade Maddern and Marquessa Jelbart.
Heat winners in the Sens-backed handicap were Todd Svanosio and Marquessa Jelbart.
Senior racing began with Bella Stone winning the Dental Innovations Crystal Classic women's wheelrace from Kiana Taylor, Marquessa Jelbart and Clare Cook.
Both of the A-grade scratch races were won by Sam Crome.
Adam Jackson was runner-up in the 12-lap race and Sam O'Dea was second in the 10-lap battle.
