Family and friends of Courtney Keast, 12, will wear something colourful at the service to remember the talented dancer who liked to moonwalk in her pointe ballet shoes.
Courtney sustained serious head injuries in a two-boat collision on Lake Eppalock on January 10 and lost her fight two days later.
She is survived by her mother Jodie, father Brad, and little sister Madison, 9 - "sisters of kindred spirits who closely shared love, life and happiness".
As Courtney was an organ donor, DonateLife information will be available at the church.
People are encouraged to bring a written story, memory or photo of Courtney to be placed in a special memory box and bring a soft toy to cuddle.
In lieu of flowers, her family say Courtney would prefer people to bring soft toys which will be donated to the Royal Children's Hospital.
