The grand final rematch is sure to be one of the biggest games of the WNBL season.
The Spirit is encouraging Bendigonians to be louder than normal.
Hundreds of horns and clackers were delivered to Bendigo Stadium on Friday afternoon in preparation for the clash.
Bendigo Spirit administration officer Jess Lee said the team was urging the crowd to show their true colours.
“We really want the crowd to be as loud as possible,” she said.
“We want to show Townsville we have the home crowd advantage.”
The Bendigo Spirit will also be selling $10 seat cushions at the match.
Lee said $5 from every seat cushion sold would be donated to the Kristy Thomson Appeal.
“It is a very important appeal,” she said.
“We are encouraging everyone to help raise as much money as possible,” she said.
Kristy Thomson suffered spinal injuries when a tree fell in Rosalind Park in late December, claiming the life of her daughter, Patiya May.
Tip-off is at 3pm on Saturday.
