On arrival, fire crews believed a man was trapped inside the shed however he was soon found and even assisted with fighting the fire.
CFA operations officer Peter Lucas said ten crews attended the fire at about 11.30am today.
"There was initial concerns that someone may have been inside because he was unaccounted for and that changed the emphasis of how we dealt with the fire," he said.
"Luckily he was found shortly after."
Mr Lucas said the fire was contained to the shed.
"There was no grass near it so it didn't spread," he said.
"We have four tankers still on scene and the building is being monitored. The mezzanine floor is expected to collapse anytime."
Fire investigators, police, a building inspector and specialist crews with thermal imaging equipment are en-route to the vineyard.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
