A 108-run stand between Harry Donegan and Bryan Vance put Bendigo United right in this round five contest.
Vance was dismissed on 39 off 23 balls.
Donegan went on to achieve top score of 89 off 50 balls.
Kangaroo Flat captured five wickets in the space of two runs, which included a double team hat-trick when the score was on 150.
All-rounder Tim Robertson led Flat's attack on 3-22 off four overs.
Roos' skipper Adam Burns capped a great match by taking 2-12 of three overs.
Earlier in the night, Chris Barber hit two sixes and eight fours in an unbeaten score of 76 off 44 balls.
Batting at No. 3, Barber teamed with Burns for a 114-run stand.
A 33-ball stint by Burns included two sixes and seven fours as he reached 57.
Best of the Bendigo United attack was Josh Cruse on 2-42.
