BENDIGO police are renewing calls for witnesses to come forward, after two suspicious grass fires were lit in Kangaroo Flat on Sunday.

Community gives limited response
Sergeant Mark Holloway said police had received a "very limited" response from the community.
"We have interviewed a number of people," he said.
"But we need more information."
Bendigo Sergeant Tony Kekich said the first fire on a nature strip on Wesley Street was reported at 9.24pm, with the second fire called in at 11.56pm.
Police ask anyone with information to contact the Bendigo Police Station on 5448 1300.
