The day's forecast temperature of 43 degrees has led to start times being pushed back 30-minutes to 5.45pm.
One of the matches, Kangaroo Flat against Bendigo United had already been scheduled for a 7pm start under the Dower Park lights.
BDCA president Wayne Walsh said the matches could not be moved to another night.
