The man in his 50s was airlifted to the Melbourne hospital on Saturday afternoon following a crash between a motorbike and a car.
Ambulance Victoria spokesman John Mullen said the man suffered head and chest injuries.
“We got the call at 12.52pm,” he said.
“There was a collision between a motorbike and a car on the Bendigo Tennyson Road near to the Old Murray Road."
