The Bendigo Harness Racing Club, in conjunction with Travelcentre Bendigo and Tempo Holidays, will giveaway a trip for two to Dubai valued at $4999.
"We're very happy with the relationship we have with the BHRC,'' Travelcentre Bendigo managing director Andrew Zegelin said.
"We've previously given away holidays to Hong Kong, Singapore and New York and they've all been very successful competitions.
"We've decided to go with Dubai this time around because it's become such a popular international destination and it has a wonderful horse racing tradition."
To enter the competition, patrons need to cut out the coupon which is printed daily in the Bendigo Advertiser and put it in the barrel at Lord's Raceway on Cup night.
The draw will be made after the running of the Bendigo Pacing Cup at 9.30pm. The winner must be on track to claim the prize.
