Watson and Matilda Walsh were third in the 18-under mixed doubles.
Barwon won the inter-regional teams title for the sixth year running.
Central Highlands earned the most improved award.
The men's open singles title at the Inter-Regionals was won by Matt Hicks. The women's open singles final was won by Carolyn McGann.
A great run by Hicks includes the doubles victory with Adam Lasky.
The mixed doubles champions were Hicks and McGann.
Three big days of tennis action at Mount Prospect included singles, doubles and mixed doubles.
Age groups played at the Inter-Regional titles were open, 45-plus, 22-under, 18-under, 16-under, 14-under and 12-under.
