Ms Rose said the park, located on the edge of Lake Eppalock, was already busy.
"Over the next couple of days we expect to get a lot more people," she said.
"We get a lot of families and people who like skiing."
Ms Rose said the odds of holiday-makers re-booking at the end of their trip was high and a number of families had been coming to the park for years.
There was plenty of sunshine at the lake on Friday and families enjoyed themselves in and around the water.
Boats and jet skis towed skiers while others sunbathed on beach towels on the banks of the lake.
Holiday-maker Lorelly Soyer said she had been going to the park for a number of years and was yet to find it uninteresting.
"I love the serenity," she said.
"There is no internet, mobile phones - it's so peaceful.
"It's thinking time."
