UPDATE 3PM: The Country Fire Authority has listed a fire at Riddles Creek at 'safe' but the fight at Berrimal continues.
Seven fire vehicles attended the Riddells Creek fire which has now been listed as 'safe'.
Twenty one fire vehicles have now been deployed to the fire at Berrimal which is between Wedderburn and St Arnaud.
The fire remains listed as 'not yet under control'.
UPDATE 2.30PM: Eleven fire fighting units are now battling the fire at Berrimal between St Arnaud and Wedderburn.
The fire remains listed as 'not yet under control'.
The CFA is also responding to a fire reported at Riddells Creek at 2.30pm.
EARLIER: The CFA has issued an advice warning for a fire at Berrimal between St Arnaud and Wedderburn.
''There is currently no threat to communities, but you should continue to stay informed and monitor conditions,'' the warning said.
''Smoke may be visible fro nearby communities and roads.''
The Berrimal fire was reported at 1.10pm.
The fire is listed as 'not yet under control' with four fire fighting vehicles in attendance.
The CFA has also listed a fire at Avoca as 'under control'.
Two CFA vehicles attended the fire.
