The Metro men won all seven sets across singles and doubleson the hardcourts at the Bendigo Bank tennis centre in Nolan Street.
Brougham Arms fought back in the women's and mixed doubles, but the damage had been done.
BLTC Metro won 8-80 to 4-56.
Isaac Watson, Grant Leader and Sam McHarg all won three sets for Metro.
Jess Hartland was best for Brougham, winning all three sets.
BLTC Rising Sun beat BLTC Noonan Electrical, 7-81 to 5-48.
Tim McNamara, Michael Nihill and Rebecca Tweed all had dominant 8-0 singles wins. Tova Penno recorded an 8-1 victory.
Tweed and Penno each won three sets. Noonan Electrical's Jacob Grieves and Luke Bucknell won two matches.
After 12 rounds, Brougham Arms has a seven point lead to BLTC Rising Sun.
BLTC Metro is eight points adrift of the Sun.
