Fresh-cut Christmas trees will be on sale at the Tom Tweed YMCA on Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 4pm.
This year's sale has already raised about $15,000 with organisers hoping for a bumper weekend.
The 'Y Army' of volunteers have been keeping up with the demand by making regular trips between Bendigo and the Daylesford Christmas Tree Farm where they collect hundreds of trees.
Event co-ordinator Ken Morrison said the "Y Army" of volunteers had done a great job preparing for the sale.
Mr Morrison said real Christmas trees were beautiful.
"There's also the environmental aspect," he said.
"It's grown in the soil and it's replaceable.
"And when it's dead you can use it for mulch in the garden."
The annual Charity Christmas Tree Sale is one of the Ys Men's major fundraising activities.
