Ms Thorneycroft reported the theft of horse saddles, seven rugs and bridles to Bendigo police.
"It's really sad to have my belongings stolen so close to Christmas," she said.
"I didn't go to bed until 1.30am on Thursday.
"When I woke up at 8am I noticed all the horse equipment was gone.
"It's creepy to think someone was on my property."
Ms Thorneycroft wished to advise Bendigo consumers that if they saw suspected stolen horse riding gear being sold to report it to Bendigo Police Station on 5448 1300.
