The portable building was purchased and refurbished by the City of Greater Bendigo for about $147,153.
The council funded the refurbishment - which included a fresh coat of paint internally and externally, new kitchen, accessible amenities and access ramp.
Active and healthy communities manager Patrick Jess said the portable replaced rundown facilities at the club.
“The facilities were previously used by another sporting club and have taken a battering by the wet weather events of recent years, so it was time to replace them,” he said
Bendigo Pony Club president Lisa Maud thanked the council for its work in organising the new clubrooms.
“Clubrooms don’t make a club but it’s nice to have a working kitchen,” she said.
“We hold 12 rallies a year at the club and host monthly training clinics attended by riders from a number of pony clubs from across Victoria."
