Northern Victoria member Wendy Lovell announced the $5000 grant as part of a state government funding scheme.
Bendigo Team China is made up of 14 schools in central Victoria.
Ms Lovell said the case studies would give an insight into how connecting teachers and families overseas can broaden the horizons of students.
"The case studies will encourage more schools across the state to start laying the ground work for their own international partners," she said.
"Sister-school partnerships can lead to lasting friendships but also make a lasting difference when it comes to improving intercultural and language skills."
The case studies will be presented as video documentaries of study tours and exchanges using animation and photography.
They will be available to school communities through a range of digital channels.
