Police call for public assistance

POLICE have renewed calls for public information after an incident at a lake at Rotary Gateway Park.

Five children aged 12 and under were approached by a man at a lake at Rotary Gateway Park on December 8.

The man performed a lewd act. 

The man police are looking for is aged in his 50s and has been described as balding with white hair around the sides and a grey moustache and goatee.

He was last seen wearing a grey, black and red chequered shirt.

Police want to speak to a woman in a red sports car. It is believed the woman spoke to one of the children after the incident. Anyone with information should Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
