The workout from 1.30pm will be led by the Bloods' senior coaching staff and players.
The skills and drills clinic is for junior players.
Off-field the Bloods have appointed coaches for seven of the eight teams they will field in next year's Bendigo Junior Football League action.
The Bloods' under-16s will be coached by Mark Keck, a multiple premiership player at senior level for the red and white.
Two other stars in South's premiership run in the 1990s, Peter Tyack and Craig Osborne will coach the under-12A and under-14 reserves team respectively.
Chris Lloyd stays on at the club to coach the under-14 senior team, while Mark Taig will be mentor for the under-12B line-up.
Also on the coaching panel are David Meade, under-10 Red; and Paul Henderson, under-10 White.
A coach for the under-9s is to be advised.
South's development officer and coaching co-ordinator, Peter Tyack said a major goal was to develop the skills of coaches and all players.
"There will be monthly coaching sessions run by the club's senior coaches," Tyack said.
"We will also have guest coaches, not only from football, but other sports."
This Saturday's session at the Tom Flood Sports Centre in Barnard Street will be followed by a barbecue.
