Bernie guided the Spirit to a 6-0 record in November to win the Coach of the Month award, while Kristi returned to her brilliant best, winning two WNBL Player of the Week awards on her way to securing the Player of the Month gong.
"Winning player of the month is a huge surprise as I felt like I have really struggled with my game this season,'' a humble Kristi Harrower said.
"I felt that there were a few players out there that have had great numbers and games in November.
"I really thought Bernie had a good chance of winning coach of the month and to win an award alongside him is very special.
"It's another achievement for us together. He still thinks he his the bigger star in the family."
Kristi, 38, averaged 10.7 points and 7.3 assists per game for the month, while shooting 52 per cent from the field and 64 per cent from beyond the arc.
Kristi edged out team-mate Kelsey Griffin for the monthly award.
Bernie Harrower won the coaches award ahead of Sydney Uni mentor Karen Dalton and Melbourne Boomers' Guy Molloy.
The Spirit's defence was the highlight of the six-game winning streak. The Spirit conceded just 62.2 points per game, while they found their rhythm on the offensive end, posting 79.8 points per game.
The Spirit play Sydney Uni in Bendigo this Sunday.
