A 23-YEAR-OLD man was arrested and charged on Sunday morning after he allegedly threatened to kill two women.

Bendigo Crime Investigation Unit Detective Senior Constable Scott Tuddenham said the man and a 28-year-old male friend allegedly smashed a door to a property at 6am on Sunday at Lakeshore Caravan Park in Eppalock.
"The offender threatened his ex-partner and her friend with a sawn-off rifle, then left," he said.
The 23-year-old man was arrested and charged about 11am with aggravated burglary with a firearm.
He was also charged with two counts of endangering life, threats to kill and possession of a firearm.
The other man was not released.
Detective Senior Constable Tuddenham said police believed the firearm was dumped in bushland between Gisborne and Macedon.
