Rolling Stones tickets go on sale

The band will play at Hanging Rock on March 30 next year.

The Rolling Stones were last down under in 2006 on their “A Bigger Bang” World Tour. They first Australian tour was in 1965 – nearly 50 years ago.

The show will continue Hanging Rock's recent run of big name acts.

Last year Bruce Springsteen played Hanging Rock in front of 17,000 people. Previously Leonard Cohen and Rod Stewart have played headline shows there.

Tickets for The Rolling Stones’ Hanging Rock on March 30 next year show are available on December 9 (pre-sale) and from December 16 (general public). Tickets are available from Ticketmaster on 136 100 or by logging on to www.ticketmaster.com.au
