Melbourne cyclist Domenic Biriano was first across the finish line for the 123km classic course with a time just under four and a half hours.
Mr Biriano's son Alex, 18, also celebrated success.
Alex was first across the line for the 74km fun course after finishing with a time just over two hours.
About 100 riders competed in the event on Sunday with three routes taking in roads used by the 2012 Victorian Road Cycling Championships, passing Lake Eppalock and ascending Mount Alexander.
Event spokeswoman Karla Bunney said the event would be back for a third year in 2014.
Ms Bunney said the event was an opportunity for people to race against their personal goals.
"Wiggle are an online cycling retailer so they looked to do something in the Australian market as a physical activity," she said.
