The signings include Shaun Wilson, who has previously played for the Northern Territory Thunder in the North Eastern Australian Football League and this year won Riddell District Football League club Rockbank's best and fairest.
"He's a half-back/onballer type who is quick and skilful," Adamson said on Thursday.
"And he's got really good balance, so he will be a great asset for us."
The Tigers will also have their 2012 best and fairest runner-up Tom Bourke returning to the club.
"Tom played mainly as a run-with player with Kyneton back in 2012. He's a quality young player, so it's another good signing for us," Adamson said.
"That now gives us 16 signings. We set an original goal of aiming for 20 signings before Christmas and I'm confident we'll get there by the end of next week."
Adamson said there was a positive vibe around the club as the Tigers prepare to re-enter a senior football team in the Bendigo Football League next year.
The Tigers have been averaging about 30 players a session during their pre-season training.
"Because we've got some travellers, we've been getting a spread of guys across the two nights," Adamson said.
"It's all very enthusiastic and the guys are really committing themselves when they're on the track, so it has been very positive."
The Tigers will make their return to senior football with a home game against Eaglehawk in round one next year on Saturday, April 5.
