The woman was one of five people in a Toyota minivan that slid and rolled onto an embankment on the Calder-Alternate Highway near Ravenswood about 6.20am.
Bendigo Police Senior Constable Jeremy Taylor said the passenger was taken to Bendigo Hospital with facial abrasions and a hand injury.
Another vehicle slid on the same piece of road at 6.45am.
Senior Constable Taylor said the male driver and his Mitsubishi sedan drove away unmarked.
Police urge drivers to take care and slow down on wet roads.
