The Axedale golfer joins fellow pros Andrew Martin and Bryan Wearne in the 260-player field for the event next Saturday, December 14.
Mueck enjoyed a solid season on the pro-am circuit this year and secured a career-best Australasian PGA Tour result when he was runner-up at the WA Open in October.
Mueck and Neangar Park's Martin recently played the Australian PGA Championships, Masters and Open.
BGC president Andrew Johnston has been amazed by the response to this year's Christmas Challenge.
"We have a capacity field and a long list of players on the emergency list," he said.
"It has been incredible that so many golfers have wanted to be part of Bendigo's biggest golf day.
"The 4BBB Stableford event will have players teeing off from 7am for the morning round and from 11am for the afternoon groups.
"We are offering more prizes than ever before and we have received record sponsorship for our major fundraising event of the year.’’
Many of the region's gun players, including Chris Wilkinson, Liam Carney, Ian Frost and Liam Anderson, will be aiming to upstage the professionals at the Epsom course next weekend.
