Philip and Adrian, both photographers, have published a calendar with all funds raised going towards paying for an overseas holiday for eight-year-old Lily Hester.
The brothers grew up next door to Lily's father Aaron in Golden Square and have remained close family friends.
Philip and the Hester family live in Melbourne while Adrian still lives in Bendigo.
"We are raising money for Lily's recovery," Philip said.
"We want to raise money so we can pay for a trip for the family to travel to Paris - Lily has always said she would like to see the Eiffel Tower."
Philip said the brothers aimed to raise about $10,000 through the sale of the calendar.
"We are halfway there," he said.
"We need to sell another 210 so we can pay for a trip for Lily, her parents and two brothers Ollie and Archer."
Philip said Lily was diagnosed with a rare form of liver cancer and metastasis in the lungs in July.
He said she has endured several courses of chemotherapy, a seven-hour liver operation followed by a lung operation.
Philip said Lily would continue to recieve treatment.
The calendars cost $40.
