The abandoned station at Carisbrook, built in the hay day of steam, still retains its grand brick station building, platform and goods shed. Built to service the Castlemaine to Maryborough line and opened in 1874. What will happen to this lost and forgotten piece of Victoria infrastructure at Carisbrook?
