FACEBOOK, Twitter, Google+, YouTube - you name it, Bendigo Senior Secondary College have it.
The college has been working with industry experts to develop a social media strategy to allow it to enhance its communication with students, parents and the rest of the community.
Principal Dale Pearce said social media would allow the college to listen, react and build relationships faster and more efficiently.
"We will be using these social media platforms to engage and chat with our students and parents, and give them answers faster and link them to college resources quickly and easily," he said.
"We want people, families, schools, educators, organisations and communities worldwide to learn more about us and immerse themselves in the BSSC story."
Mr Pearce said there is also a Konnective Mobile Phone App, which allows the college to send news, event alerts, information and notices direct to students and parents via a smartphone.
He said a key component of the college's social media platforms was the development of online community guidelines - to model the appropriate use of social media to students.
