The Bendigo baby was scheduled to have her shunt upgraded on Wednesday but ended up having the operation on Monday.
Evie's mum Emily said things went well.
"She's being a star," Emily said.
Evie is just four-months-old but has already survived nine cardiac arrests.
She has transposition of the great arteries, pulmonary stenosis and a huge hole in the heart. Evie is an Intensive Care Unit patient at the Royal Children’s Hospital.
Emily shared Evie's story with the Bendigo Advertiser recently and has promised to keep the community updated on her daughter's progress.
She said the messages of support she'd received from the Bendigo community were heartening.
