VETERAN athlete Rhondda Dundas was in golden form at the Australian Masters Games in Geelong.
Competing in the 65-69 years division, Dundas won five throwing events for the carnival.
Last weekend, she took out the discus with a throw of 20.06m, the weight throw (11.19m), javelin (15.24m) and shot put (8.18m).
She then backed up on Monday in the weight pentathlon - which included the hammer - and again claimed the gold medal.
Her score of 3392 points across the five events was almost double that of the second place-getter.
Dundas travelled to Bendigo from Violet Town last summer to compete for the Eaglehawk YMCA club and now holds several local throwing records.
