The brilliant onballer set up many attacks in the Bulldogs' run to a fifth consecutive grand final victory.
Rosa's creativity at centre ball-ups, stoppages and when in space was to the fore in many of Golden Square's victories.
The club's best and fairest vote count and presentation night was held on Saturday night at The Foundry in Golden Square.
Another superb year for the club was marked by the Rick Ladson-coached seniors and the Jamie Hogan-coached reserves winning their grand finals.
A premiership-winning player at Hawthorn in 2008, Ladson marked his return to the Bulldogs by leading the club to a grand final victory against Strathfieldsaye Storm.
A high at presentation night was life membership being awarded to long-time neball player Belinda Pinner.
Club president Jy Pertzel was presented with the best clubperson award.
In the race for the senior champion award, Rosa finished ahead of key defender John Coe, half-back flanker and midfielder Mark Lloyd, and full-back Dale Young.
Lloyd and Young have played in all five premierships in a row, along with Jack Geary and Matt O'Toole.
Earlier in the year, Rosa and Ladson were selected in the Bendigo Pioneers Football Club's best 30 of 21 years.
