A KIND gesture has delivered happy news for Annie Claxton and her family after her bag was stolen earlier this week.
The 10-year-old had her iPod and bag full of pocket money stolen on Monday.
On Thursday night she received a donated iPod.
Annie’s mother, Lisa Claxton, said it was an extremely generous and unexpected gift.
"Our front door bell chimed, and the bloke from the Good Guys was standing there holding out a new iPod," she said.
“My little girl was beside herself at his kindness."
Bendigo Good Guys owner Danny Clapp said he had heard about Annie's misfortunes and wanted to make things right.
"I feel bad for kids because photos are stored on devices and if they're not uploaded onto a computer, they're gone forever."
"It really brought a tear to my eye."
