Seeded at nine, Jeremy Beale continued his great run on the hardcourts at the Bendigo Bank tennis complex in Nolan Street.
Beale faced No.1 seed Trent Cobb in the final for the open division.
The first set ended in a 6-1 win for Beale and he led 3-2 in the second when Cobb retired.
Top seeds Monika Rajicic and Kate Antosik contested the women's open singles final.

Top seeds Ebony McGrath, No.1, and Zoe Potter, No.2, contested the 16-under girls' singles final.
After a 4-6 loss in the first set, McGrath struck back brilliantly to win the next two sets, love and two.
The in-form Cancar joined forces with Zoe Potter to win the 16-under mixed doubles final.
Winners of the 14-under singles titles were Blake Watson and Teodora Vuruna.

The 13-under mixed doubles was won by Matteo and Mia Savio.
Champions in the 12-under singles were Stefan Cvetkovic and Chanel McKay.
The 12-under girls' doubles title was taken out by Katelyn Kissack and Kate Spiteri.
Harry Boyd and Daniel Paveska were top seeds and won the 12-under boys' doubles play-off.
