KANGAROO Flat coach Troy Cravino capped a brilliant season by winning the Alan McDonald Medal for the BFL reserves best and fairest.
Cravino was adjudged best afield in four matches on his way to an overall tally of 20 votes.
Late-season consistency was telling.
Cravino charged to top of the leaderboard after racking up 10 votes across the last four games.
South Bendigo's Ryan Connaughton was runner-up on 16.
Eaglehawk's Ben Conley and Gisborne's Andre Headberry were equal third on 14 votes.
Cravino declared next season would be an exciting one for Kangaroo Flat.
