GOLD panning, teacher dunking and animal petting will be some of the activities at Strathfieldsaye Primary School’s annual fair today.
Other activities include apple bobbing, a car boot sale, a Bendigo Braves clinic and the famous Strath’s Got Talent competition.
The event has been running for over 23 years, and in keeping with the school’s 140th anniversary this year, the fair will take on an olden days theme.
Strathfieldsaye Primary School vice principal Lou Maroulis said the fair was the school’s biggest fund-raiser each year.
Ms Maroulis said all money raised would be put towards funding school programs that support students and staff, including literacy programs.
The fair will run from 4.30pm to 7.30pm at the school grounds in Uxbridge street, Strathfieldsaye.
