A WOMAN is in a critical condition after crashing into a tree on the Heathcote-Rochester road at Redcastle
this morning.
Police and ambulance attended the scene after it was discovered about 9.10am.
It's believed the woman was travelling to Rushworth in her dark blue Mazda when the accident happened.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said the woman, believed to be in her 60s, was flown to the Alfred with multiple injuries.
Police are unsure of the cause of the accident.
