POLICE are investigating an incident in which a V/Line train struck a truck trailer at Lake Charm yesterday.
The four truck passengers and 40 train commuters were uninjured in the incident, but the passengers were stuck on the train for 50 minutes before being taken to Melbourne by bus.
The incident happened between Swan Hill and Kerang at about 1.30pm and nobody required medical treatment. A Victoria Police spokesman said the crash would be investigated and said it was too early to comment on a cause.
