POLICE are appealing to the public for information after break-ins at two Bendigo schools.
Canteens at Weeroona College and Bendigo South East College were both broken in the early hours of yesterday morning.
A money tin and some cash was stolen from one of the canteens and police believed the incidents could be linked.
Sergeant Jason Hawke from Bendigo Police said the first break-in happened about 1.45am with the second occurring just 45 minutes later.
“If anyone saw anything or has any information they should contact police or Crime Stoppers (1800 333 000),” he said.
