THE court case between the company that owns HuHa nightclub and a liquor supplier has been adjourned so both parties can resolve the debt.
CPL Cooper, which owns the Bull Street club, is being pursued by Australian Liquor Marketers over a $44,507 unpaid bill.
Both parties will try to resolve the debt, with the matter to return to the Supreme Court in three weeks.
Neither party wanted to comment yesterday.
