A BENDIGO taxi driver charged with raping three women has been granted bail.
Robert McNeil Byrnes, 44, is charged with a series of sex offences, including four counts of rape.
Byrnes was bailed in the Bendigo Magistrates Court today.
Under strict bail conditions Byrnes has been barred from entering a 70 kilometre radius of Bendigo.
The court heard Byrnes had gained employment in Echuca and would move to the city with his wife.
Byrnes will face a committal mention in Bendigo on February 6.
