The school’s Energy Breakthrough Team has been sponsored by Strathfieldsaye Primary Health to participate in the Hanover Ride for Homeless in Melbourne.
Team “Split Second” is made up of 11 grade 6 students who have been in training since May.
Strathfieldsaye Primary Health principal doctor Adel Asaid met the team this week after donating $700 to the cause.
Split Second will also compete against other schools in an Energy Breakthrough challenge next weekend.
