Let us bring in a law that if you are caught excessively speeding or driving way over the limit then your licence and car will be removed, so stopping any chance of the offender getting off with a slap over the wrist.
It is time we all took a stance and acted as responsible humans and cease giving serial offenders the chance to offend time and time again.
