 Rudd is America’s `shoeshine boy’

Rudd is America’s `shoeshine boy’

7/10/2008 9:08:00 AM
AS a pensioner in these “topsy, turvy’’ days of the big boys doing their dough, and having been brought up as an 11-year-old during the Great Depression, I sleep well at night.

For if you have “more’’ then you have “more to lose’’.

I see millionaire Kevin Rudd strutting his stuff, mixing with the elitist wealthy in America.

Who is he representing, the wealthy?

In the election campaign Labor dubbed Howard as George Bush’s sheriff. Well, now Kev would have to be America’s “shoeshine boy’’.

JOHN EDWIN BAINES,

Eaglehawk
