HILDA Drive in Ravenswood is always in poor condition.
Thirteen families live along this dirt road, and there is a considerable amount of daily traffic.
The City of Greater Bendigo has stated that the road does not warrant sealing, but has said it will maintain it by regular grading.
But this does not happen.
Our only access is badly corrugated and full of potholes.
Bus drivers, gas deliverers and the postman constantly complain about the road surface.
We contribute yearly rates of $1900 and do not ask for much in return (we do not have gutters, kerbs, street lighting or paths).
Will the council act when there is a collision between motorists trying desperately to navigate this road?
