Braves sport a new look for national under-14 basketball play-offs

With the national basketball championships fast approaching, the Bendigo Braves under-14 girls’ team was presented with new uniforms on Friday night at Bendigo Stadium.After taking out the Victorian Country under-14 title in Bendigo earlier this year, the Braves will contest the national championships in Hobart from September 26 to October 3.The team’s major sponsor, Paul Connell Building Services, will assist with travel and accommodation expenses.The Braves’ under-14 team is Arylea Bailey-McClanahan, Bridget Abe, Danni Wee-Hee, Maeve Delahunty, Reilly Johnston, Renee Brown, Emma Pedretti, Jasmin Drummond, Kelsey Waldron, Sam Borserio, Sharna Appleby, Shay Murphy.Individual sponsors are Stearns Showcase Jewellers, Bendigo Community Telco, Sandhurst Air-Conditioning, E+ Architecture, Spencers on Carpenter, Danny Clapp The Good Guys, Terrace Heights Accomodation, Base Works Excavations, Valenti & Murphy Accountants, Skinners Building Services, CarePark, and Richmond, Sinnot & Delahunty.
