A Supreme Court jury has found Wangaratta truck driver Christiaan Scholl not guilty of all charges stemming from the June 2007 Kerang rail disaster.50-year-old Mr Scholl was charged with 19 offences, including 11 counts of culpable driving causing death.The jury delivered its verdict to the Bendigo Supreme Court at about 12.20pm Saturday, having heard from about 30 witnesses over the past three weeks, including Mr Scholl.More details, reports and interviews – see Monday’s Advertiser.
