A BENDIGO man charged with the murder of newsagent Garry Angus in October last year has faced the Bendigo Magistrates Court.
Antony Duguid, 46, this morning appeared via video link for the committal hearing.
His defence counsel Megan Aumair requested an adjournment so her client could be assessed and DNA evidence could be processed.
The case was adjourned to April 18 for a further committal hearing.
Duguid was remanded to that date.
