Hatinators and fascinators were the headwear of choice, with bold colours and floaty dresses also proving popoular with the women. Male racegoers opted for suave suits, dressed up with bright ties and shirts to stand out from the crowd.

How the Hot 100 works:
1. Get your picture taken at the Bendigo Advertiser tent just inside the entry gate at the Bendigo Cup.
2. The Bendigo Advertiser will publish the Hot 100 racegoers on Friday, October 28, 2011 and also post them on www.bendigoadvertiser.com.au< p>3. SMS the number of your favourite to 1998 1010.
4. The leading 25 will be published on Tuesday, November 1, then the leading 10 on Thursday, November
3, and then the winners on Saturday, November 5, 2011.
5. The entrant with the most votes scores a Samsung Galaxy S II while the runner-up will receive a pre-paid Apple iPhone.
6. There will also be a judges choice winner which will receive a Motorola Xoom tablet. This winner will also be announced in the Saturday, November 5 edition of the
Bendigo Advertiser.
7. Each time you vote you go into the draw to also win one of two HTC Wildfire S mobile phones.
